The kit contains 10 collagen casings, 1 hog ring pliers, 32 1/2 inch hog rings, and 2 oz. of Insta Cure #1. It is commonly used for making ring bologna, kiszka, holsteiner, ring liver sausage, or knockwurst. The rounded casing ensures consistent diameter every time. The casings come pretied on one end for convenience and efficiency. Each casing measures 24" in length and approximately 1 7/8" in diameter when stuffed. It can hold approximately 2 lbs. of raw product. The casings are non-edible.
