Included in the kit are 10 Collagen Casings, 1 Hog Ring Pliers, 32 1/2 inch Hog Rings, and 2 oz. Insta Cure #1. Typically used for creating Summer Sausage and Smaller Salami. The rounded casing guarantees a uniform diameter with each use. Simple preparation: casings are pre-tied at one end for convenience and increased efficiency. Each casing measures 24" in length and about 2 1/2" in diameter when filled. Capable of holding approximately 2 1/2 lbs. of raw product. Not safe for consumption.
