Included in the kit are 10 collagen casings, 1 hog ring pliers, 32 1/2 inch hog rings, and 2 oz. Insta Cure #1. A commonly used casing for beef summer sausages and pepperoni. The rounded casing guarantees a consistent diameter each time. Casings come pretied on one end for easy preparation. Each casing is 24" long and about 2 1/2" in diameter when stuffed. Can hold approximately 2 1/2 lbs. of raw product. Not for consumption.
